Olha que coisa mais linda esse pão rosa! E vocês não imaginam que, além de lindo, ele é delicioso e não contém glúten. É um pão de beterraba, por isso essa coloração maravilhosa.
Sem contar que é super fácil de fazer, vem aprender comigo!
Ingredientes:
• 150g de farinha de arroz integral
• 150g de polvilho doce
• 2 colheres de sopa de açúcar mascavo ou demerara
• 10g fermento para pão
• ½ colher de chá de goma xantana
• 1 colher de chá de sal
• 4 colheres de sopa de queijo ralado
• 3 ovos caipira
• 1/3 xícara de azeite de oliva
• 150ml de água morna
• 1 pedaço pequeno de beterraba
• Queijo ralado para salpicar
Modo de preparo:
Para fazer, o importante é misturar primeiro os ingredientes secos separadamente dos líquidos, que vão no liquidificador até os pedacinhos da beterraba desaparecerem.
É importante, também, ativar o fermento com água morna e açúcar antes de misturá-lo com o resto dos ingredientes.
Depois de tudo misturado, você vai ficar com uma massa linda e rosinha, aí você vai colocá-la em uma forma de pão antiaderente e esperar uns 20 minutinhos para ela crescer forte e saudável.
Eu salpiquei gergelim e coloquei uns raminhos de alecrim para dar aquele tchan!
No forno pré aquecido a 180 graus, coloque a sua fôrma e deixe assar por 30 minutos. Espere o pão esfriar antes de cortar e aí é só se deliciar com essa gostosura.
Esse pão pode ser congelado em fatias e depois é só aquecer na frigideira ou no grill que fica que nem novo.
Você pode substituir a beterraba por espinafre para fazer um pão verde igualmente lindo.
